The Essence of Functional Nutrition

As a Functional Nutrition Coach, I support clients in making simple, sustainable changes that enhance energy, digestion, mood, and overall well-being. I help translate nutrition into real-life habits—focusing on balance, consistency, and practical steps rather than restriction or overwhelm. My approach is rooted in education and support, so clients feel empowered to understand their bodies and build routines that actually last.

Functional medicine is a systems-based approach that looks at the body as a whole. Functional medicine practitioners focus on identifying root causes of symptoms by exploring factors such as nutrition, stress, environment, hormones, digestion, and lifestyle patterns. This deeper perspective helps guide more personalized and comprehensive care.

I contract with Holistic RI, a wellness practice that offers integrative care including functional medicine, physical therapy, massage, reflexology, Reiki, and more. Clients can book directly through Holistic RI for appointments and services.

Alongside nutrition coaching, I also offer HeartMath® coaching to support nervous system regulation, stress resilience, and emotional balance using simple, science-based tools.
